I do not have the time to play all of your games and based on your uninformative profile I can only 'guess' that you mainly do submissions to the Art Portal.
Based on that I am going to sound mega-mean now: Do better artwork! You do neither shading nor complex backgrounds and your anatomy leaves things to be desired.
It is harder to convey something with pixel art because of the limitations the style brings with it. If you want to stick with it, there is nothing wrong with that, but look up other pixel artists on NG to see how much more expressive it could be. If you want to gather "fans" _who_actually_care_about_your_art_ the only way to do so is to create more impressive artwork.
With what I seen, I think it's time I go on a break to study art and pixel art. Thanks for the advice and have a great day! :D
